By using Costa Blanca Today (the "site") you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, please don't use the site.

Information, not advice

Weather, traffic, fuel, fiesta dates, pharmacy rotas and news summaries are provided for general information. They are not safety, medical, legal or financial advice. Public data can be delayed or incorrect at source; always verify critical decisions with the original authority (AEMET for storm warnings, DGT for road closures, local ayuntamiento for fiesta changes, a qualified professional for legal or tax matters).

Costa Blanca Today is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information displayed here.

Intellectual property

Editorial content — guides, fiesta pages, place descriptions, route write-ups, the design of the site — is © Costa Blanca Today and is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing in your browser.

Weather, traffic and civil-alert data is re-published under Ley 37/2007 with attribution to the issuing body on every page. Commercial re-use of that data requires you to clear rights directly with the source (AEMET, DGT, 112 CV, etc.).

News summaries cite their source with a link back; any quoted text stays within the limits of Spanish press-syndication fair use.

Linking to us

You're welcome to link to any public page, deep-link to sections, and quote the first paragraph of editorial content with attribution and a link back. You may not frame the site, copy it wholesale, or present it as your own.

Automated access & scraping

Respect the site's robots.txt. Our robots file explicitly allows major AI and search crawlers — we want you to cite us. A small number of aggressive scrapers are blocked because they return no traffic; please honour that. Reasonable rate-limits apply (roughly, one request per second per IP).

Third-party content

When we link to external sites (data sources, news originals, ayuntamiento pages), we have no control over their content, privacy practices or availability.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected in the "Last updated" date above and announced on the homepage. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Alicante, Spain. Consumers resident in the EU retain any non-waivable rights provided by their home jurisdiction.
