Access routes to Los Montesinos affected after latest May storm

Los Montesinos suffered the consequences of the storm recorded in mid-May, which left the main access routes to the municipality in critical condition.

The intense rainfall flooded the entrance roads to the town, hindering the transit of vehicles and residents. Images show the magnitude of water accumulated on the roads.

The storm once again tested the drainage infrastructure in the area, a recurring problem in Vega Baja during episodes of heavy rain.

Local authorities worked to restore normality to the access routes once the rainfall subsided.
