Orihuela auctions three plots on the Costa for 255 homes and expects to raise 21.6 million
Orihuela Council has put three municipal plots on the Costa up for public auction that will allow the construction of 255 homes, with an expected minimum income of 21.6 million euros.
Orihuela Council has begun the auction procedure for three municipal plots located at different points along the Costa, a major property operation for the municipality.
The three plots will allow the development of up to 255 homes on the Orihuela coastline. The Council expects to receive at least 21.6 million euros from this operation.
The funds raised will be allocated entirely to infrastructure investments on the Costa de Orihuela, as announced by the Council.
The public auction represents a significant opportunity to increase the residential supply in one of the province’s most sought-after areas, whilst providing resources to improve local infrastructure.
