A vehicle was completely destroyed by fire after crashing into another car on the AP-7 motorway as it passes through La Vila Joiosa.
A vehicle was completely burnt out this Monday after being involved in a collision with another car on the AP-7 motorway near La Vila Joiosa.
The incident caused significant traffic delays on the road, one of the main transport arteries of the Costa Blanca. Emergency services travelled quickly to the scene of the accident.
Although the car was completely destroyed by the flames, the exact circumstances of the accident and the condition of the occupants of both vehicles involved remain unknown at this time.
Authorities are working to establish the causes of the collision and to remove the remains of the burnt-out vehicle in order to restore normal traffic flow in the area.
