Calpe Council will begin paying out transport aid over the coming weeks for students studying outside the municipality.
The total investment exceeds 120,000 euros, a measure aimed at facilitating access to education for young residents of Calpe who must travel daily to other municipalities to pursue secondary education, vocational training or university studies.
This aid forms part of the council’s commitment to education and seeks to reduce the financial burden that transport represents for families in Calpe. The council expects beneficiaries to begin receiving payments shortly, once the administrative processing has been completed.
