Cuarteto Amalgama pays tribute to Pedro Iturralde at La Lonja in Orihuela
The concert will take place on 9th May at 20:00 at the Auditorio La Lonja and will commemorate the tour shared with the saxophonist.
The saxophone quartet Cuarteto Amalgama will perform a tribute concert to saxophonist and composer Pedro Iturralde on 9th May at 20:00 at the Auditorio La Lonja in Orihuela.
The ensemble comprises Antonio Salas (soprano saxophone), Rafael Lozano (alto saxophone), José Luis Moreno (tenor saxophone) and Antonio José Serna (baritone saxophone).
The programme will recall the four years that the quartet spent with Iturralde during a concert tour across Spain with the album Vivencias. The event will pay tribute to the trajectory and musical legacy of the renowned artist.
