A man has been arrested after beating an acquaintance to death with a stick in Pilar de la Horadada and attempting to make the death appear as a hit-and-run.
The Guardia Civil has arrested a man accused of beating an acquaintance to death in Pilar de la Horadada. The alleged attacker is said to have used a stick to assault the victim.
Following the crime, the detained man attempted to cover up the events by making it appear that the death had been caused by a hit-and-run. However, police investigations uncovered the true nature of what had occurred.
