Elche mayor Pablo Ruz returns to work after hospital admission
Pablo Ruz returns to his duties this Monday after being hospitalised on Sunday for severe chest pain.
The mayor of Elche, Pablo Ruz, resumed his responsibilities this Monday following a brief hospital admission over the weekend.
Ruz experienced intense chest pain on Sunday, which prompted his transfer to a medical centre for assessment.
Following the relevant tests and clinical observation, the councillor was discharged and confirmed that he is fit to resume his official schedule.
Elche council has not provided further details about the diagnosis, but sources close to the mayor assure that progress has been favourable and there is no cause for concern.
