El Campello approves its organic regulations at third attempt amid tense plenary session
El Campello Town Hall has finally approved its municipal organic regulations after two failed attempts, in a plenary session marked by political tension.
The plenary session of El Campello Town Hall has finally approved the municipal organic regulations (ROM) at its third attempt, after the two previous votes failed to pass.
The plenary session was marked by moments of tension between the municipal political groups, reflecting the differences that had prevented its approval on previous occasions.
These regulations establish the internal regulatory framework for the operation of the council, governing aspects such as administrative organisation, procedures and the powers of the different municipal bodies.
The approval of the ROM represents an important step for El Campello’s municipal management, following months of political debate over its content and scope.
