PSOE in Elche demands consultation with education community before relocating Conservatory
The PSOE calls on the mayor of Elche to meet with the Conservatory of Music community before deciding on its provisional relocation to Jayton.
The PSOE in Elche has urged Mayor Pablo Ruz to convene the entire educational community of the Professional Conservatory of Music before proceeding with the possible provisional relocation to the future Jayton sociocultural centre.
The Socialists question the suitability of this temporary location and demand that definitive works on the conservatory be accelerated. They consider it essential to consult teachers, pupils and families before taking any decision about the relocation.
The party demands transparency in the process and guarantees that the provisional facilities will meet the necessary requirements for music teaching. The controversy arises in a context of delays in the city’s educational infrastructure.
