Hozono Global receives highest score to build Alto de la Casilla park in Torrevieja for €10.3 million
Torrevieja Town Council proposes awarding the UTE Orthem and Abala (Hozono Global Group) the works for the future Alto de la Casilla urban park for €10.3 million.
Torrevieja Town Council has proposed the UTE formed by Orthem Servicios y Actuaciones Ambientales and Abala, both from the Hozono Global Group, as the contractor for the works on the future Alto de la Casilla urban park.
The bid submitted by this temporary joint venture has been assessed as the best both technically and economically to carry out the project, with a budget of €10.3 million.
This new urban park is set to become an important green space for residents of the area, improving environmental quality and recreational areas in Torrevieja. The award is pending final administrative procedures before work begins.
