The state-owned Sociedad Estatal Loterías y Apuestas del Estado and Cruz Roja Española have signed an agreement in Alicante worth more than 60 million euros for the next four years.

The city of Alicante was chosen as the venue for the signing of a major collaboration agreement between Loterías y Apuestas del Estado and Cruz Roja Española. The agreement, signed this Friday, provides for funding of more than 60 million euros.

The funds will be allocated to social programmes to be carried out by the humanitarian organisation over the next four years. This collaboration reinforces both entities’ commitment to social action and support for vulnerable groups.

The signing of the agreement in the provincial capital underscores the importance of Alicante as a venue for agreements of national significance with direct social impact throughout Spain.
