Blue wave of scouts floods El Campello promoting values and environmental respect
A large gathering of scouts has filled El Campello with blue uniforms, highlighting their educational work in values and environmental awareness.
El Campello has been the setting for a massive scout gathering that has painted the municipality’s streets blue. Hundreds of uniformed young people took part in activities focused on transmitting values such as solidarity, companionship and mutual respect.
One of the main focuses of the gathering was environmental awareness. The scouts developed workshops and activities aimed at fostering care for nature and sustainable habits amongst participants and the local community.
This type of event reinforces the role of the scout movement in non-formal education for young people. The initiative has had the support of the Ayuntamiento and has generated a festive and educational atmosphere in the Alicante town.
