Colegio Diocesano Santo Domingo de Orihuela organised a large pilgrimage on Monday to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Monserrate, marking the month of May, traditionally consecrated to the Virgin Mary.
The pilgrimage brought together a large number of students, teachers and families from the Orihuela educational centre in an act of Marian devotion that forms part of the school’s religious traditions.
This annual celebration represents a highlight in the school calendar, combining religious tradition with the gathering of the educational community at one of the most emblematic places of worship in the area.
