13-year-old boy rescued after suffering head injury in Banyeres de Mariola
A 13-year-old boy was rescued this Saturday after an accident whilst mountain biking at the Fenasosa Bike Park, between Onil and Banyeres de Mariola.
A 13-year-old boy had to be rescued this Saturday after suffering an accident whilst mountain biking at the Fenasosa Bike Park, located between the municipal areas of Onil and Banyeres de Mariola.
The young boy suffered a head injury during the sporting activity, which required the intervention of emergency services for his rescue and transfer.
The authorities activated the evacuation protocol in the area of the bike park, situated in a mountainous area of the Alcoià region. The youth received medical attention following the incident.
