San Vicente must inform CSIF about municipal staff organisation
The Consell de Transparència has ordered the Ayuntamiento of San Vicente del Raspeig to provide the CSIF union with information about the organisation of its public employees.
The Consell de Transparència has ruled in favour of the CSIF union in its request for access to information about the municipal staff of San Vicente del Raspeig.
The regional body has determined that the Ayuntamiento must provide the union with data relating to the organisation of municipal human resources, information that had not previously been supplied.
This ruling strengthens the right of trade unions to know the structure and composition of the public employee workforce, a key aspect for collective bargaining and the defence of labour interests.
The San Vicente council must now comply with the order from the Consell de Transparència and provide the documentation requested by CSIF.
