The council of San Vicente del Raspeig has taken legal action against the construction company that carried out the works on the municipal velodrome, claiming approximately one million euros for the repair of defects.
According to municipal sources, the sports facility has numerous structural and finishing deficiencies that require comprehensive intervention to guarantee its proper functioning and safety.
The Council considers that the damage is the direct responsibility of the contracting company, which allegedly failed to meet the quality standards required in the original project. The claim seeks to recover the funds necessary to rectify all the problems detected at the velodrome.
