Health Ministry awards €70 million contract for implementation of unified medical records in the Comunitat

The Conselleria de Sanidad will invest €70 million in an integrated medical records system for the entire Valencian public health service.

The Conselleria de Sanidad has awarded the contract to implement a unified medical records system in the Comunitat Valenciana’s public health system for a sum of €70 million.

This strategic project will enable the centralisation of all patient clinical information in an integrated system accessible across all health centres in the region.

The unified medical records system will facilitate patient medical follow-up, improve coordination between healthcare professionals, and prevent duplication in tests and treatments.

The investment aims to modernise the Valencian health system and improve the quality of care received by both residents and visitors in the province of Alicante and the rest of the Comunitat.
