The local government board of Torrevieja Town Council has given the green light to the tender for the first phase of works for the redevelopment of the Casa Grande Industrial Estate.
This initial phase represents approximately 30% of the complete modernisation project of the industrial estate, according to confirmation from Torrevieja council.
The project aims to improve the infrastructure and services of the Casa Grande industrial estate, an important business area for the local economy. The now-open tender will allow interested companies to submit their bids to carry out this first stage of the works.
The complete redevelopment of the estate will be carried out in successive phases, with this first intervention being the starting point for the comprehensive transformation of the industrial area.
