Three young men arrested for violent robberies in Virgen del Remedio and Colonia Requena
The Policía Nacional has arrested three men aged between 20 and 25 for five violent robberies committed over the past fortnight.
The Policía Nacional arrested three young men aged between 20 and 25, of Algerian nationality, at midday on Friday in Alicante, as suspected perpetrators of multiple violent robberies.
Those arrested are responsible for five assaults committed over the past fortnight in the neighbourhoods of Virgen del Remedio and Colonia Requena, in the northern part of the city.
The detainees have been placed at the disposal of the courts following the corresponding police proceedings. The police operation was carried out following investigations launched after complaints from victims in both neighbourhoods.
