The Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche held a working conference on Thursday in collaboration with the UGT union focused on the management of sick leave and the reintegration of workers after temporary incapacity.
The meeting brought together experts and union representatives to analyse prevention strategies that avoid medical leave in the workplace.
One of the main objectives is to develop protocols that facilitate the process of returning to work after periods of leave, minimising risks for employees.
