The gastronomic initiative Menjars de la Terra promotes local cuisine with seasonal and zero-kilometre products. In this case, the use of the loquat from Callosa d’en Sarrià stands out, a typical product from the area with a designation of origin.
The restaurant has designed this dish especially for the occasion, combining duck meat with the characteristic sweetness of the loquat and the flavour of pine nuts.
